I hold a Master's of Science in Counseling and Rehabilitation and am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Sexology, I am an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
In addition to my formal education, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS) and a Certified Problematic Sexual Behavior Professional (CPSBP). I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful tool for processing trauma and emotional distress. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and often integrate mindfulness, somatic, Solution focused, and emotionally focused interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
