background
I hold a Master's of Science in Counseling and Rehabilitation and am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Sexology, with a specialization in treating Problematic Sexual Behavior. I am an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in the state of Georgia, under supervision, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). My academic and professional journey reflects my deep commitment to supporting individuals through their most difficult challenges.

In addition to my formal education, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS) and a Certified Problematic Sexual Behavior Professional (CPSBP). I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful tool for processing trauma and emotional distress. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and often integrate DBT principles along with mindfulness-based, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic pain, and disability-related challenges. In addition, I provide support for those navigating drug and alcohol use concerns, helping clients build insight, stability, and coping strategies that foster long-term wellness and recovery.
