groups & intensives

I am a firm believer that healing doesn’t have to happen alone...or take forever. That’s why I offer therapy groups and extended intensives as alternative ways to support your progress. Whether you are looking for focused time to work through something significant, or a place to connect with others navigating similar challenges, these offerings are designed to be supportive, effective, and intentionally structured to meet your needs.

Groups

Group therapy can be a powerful and supportive space for healing. Whether you're navigating emotional regulation, relationship challenges, or behaviors that feel out of control, being part of a group helps reduce shame and isolation. It’s a place to learn new skills, gain perspective, and connect with others who understand what you're going through, because they are walking a similar path.

I offer structured DBT and PSB groups designed to be both effective and affordable. Groups are kept intentionally small to ensure each participant gets the time and attention they need. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can develop practical skills, build insight, and make real progress toward their goals. Whether you're working on distress tolerance, emotional regulation, or breaking harmful behavioral cycles, the group format provides tools, structure, and accountability.

Intensives

Sometimes weekly therapy just isn’t enough, especially when you are ready to make meaningful progress on deeper-rooted challenges. My therapy intensives offer a focused and accelerated path to healing for both individuals and couples. These extended sessions are ideal for clients who feel stuck, are navigating significant life or relationship stress, or want to address long-standing patterns in a supportive, concentrated space.

Intensives are especially effective for clients using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), allowing us to process multiple distressing memories, ongoing struggles, or trauma-related symptoms within fewer sessions. With more time than traditional therapy offers, we can dive into the core of what is keeping you from healing.

Each intensive is customized to your needs and begins with a consultation to clarify your goals. Sessions typically range from 2 to 4 hours and can be scheduled in person or virtually.
