what to expect

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from their body, conflicted about their desires, or stuck in patterns that no longer align with who they are or who they want to be. Together, we will identify what is driving those patterns, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

 

There is no such thing as “too much information” with me. If it matters to you, I want to talk about it. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real conversation.Hell, we may even laugh a little if it feels right. Real healing comes from feeling comfortable, not clinical!

 

My approach integrates Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT, EFT, and somatic and mindfulness-based interventions. I work from a behavioral framework rather than an addiction model, focusing on skill-building, accountability, and alignment with your personal values. My work is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and identity-affirming.
